Two delegates from each club are eligible to vote.
Summer Pennant players wishing to transfer to another club for Winter Pennant must complete transfer form
and pay registration fee at least 7 days prior to the start of Winter Pennant.
Any special business for this meeting should be in the hands of the Secretary 21 days before the
meeting.
