Jack had a major heart attack at 9.30am Tuesday 4th October and passed away at 7.30am on Thursday 6th October in the Warrnambool hospital. Jack played indoor bowls on Monday night with his fellow members of Wannon Park Indoor Bowls Club and will be sadly missed by all. Deepest sympathy to his family.
