Results for Week 2 Colac & District Indoor Bowls Summer Series
23 players joined to form 6 teams with 2 spectators viewing. We welcomed some new to
indoor bowls this week. The results were not as close as last week with winners being
obvious. Winners were Bruce Fraser (s), Dorothy Warrender, Ed Riches, Nellie Shalley.
Runners up Thelma Uwland (s), Gloria Wood, Christine Fitzpatrick, Gail Riches. After 2
weeks 4 players have 2 wins apiece with Dorothy Warrender on 76, Gail Riches 74, Ken
Thompson 73 and Gloria Wood 72. Next week Thursday February 11th at Central Bowls
Club, Wilson Street, 7.30pm.

teams on 4 shots up, the overall winner being decided on ends won. Winners with 38
points were Ted Price (s), Wendy Rushbrook and Gail Riches. Runners up with 37 points
were Joe Uwland (s), Ken Thompson and Florence Price. Next week February 4th at
Central Bowls Club, Wilson Street, 7.30pm.
