Dates:
Saturday 10th May: IBW Open Fours @ 9:30am
Saturday 17th May: IBW Mixed Pairs @ 9:30am
Saturday 31st May: IBW Mens and Ladies Singles @ 9:30am
Saturday 5th July: IBW Open Triples @ 9:30am
Saturday 12th July: IBW Mens & Ladies Champion of Champions
Saturday 19th July: IBW Mens & Ladies Pairs @ 9:30am

All team events will be 3 games of 10 ends.
Singles will be 16 live ends knockout.
On the day of the singles a consolation event will be held for first round losers in the singles.
All events start at 9:30am.

Code of Conduct

This Code applies to community sport, training and association sanctioned activities.

Every person: spectator, player, club member, official, participant, administrator, coach, parent or member of the community involved with the sport, should work to ensure:

Safety Measures For All Indoor Bowlers

Don’t step forward onto the carpet. To escape both leg and or arm fractures and to avoid carpet damage always take a single sideways step from the  carpet ensuring that the front foot is placed well clear of the carpet edge.

Don’t step or walk backwards anywhere on the carpet. There is the danger of tripping over bowls or stepping back onto opponents.

Take care stopping bowls with the hands or feet.

When standing behind the carpet don’t take eyes off a bowl in course.

Don’t drive.

Don’t toss jack or bowls up into the air for a one or two handed catch and don’t drop bowls.

Don’t lick fingers. Grippo or other chemicals are not permitted.

Don’t become dehydrated. Drink water before and during play.

Don’t aggravate known injuries.

Don’t’ commence play without a physical warm-up.

Smooth flat soled shoes are required to be worn. These can be dangerous on wet surfaces.

Don’t roll bowls back along the mat when the jack has been knocked off.
